We are an established "bricks and mortar" company - you can visit our showroom in Bradford or speak to us during UK office hours (8:30am-4:30pm). To improve our customer service and help you find the parts you need 24 hours a day we have been expanding this website since 1998. This is not a "ego-trip" website that you are paying for in price increases, we still aim for good customer service, quality, and great value. More reasons we are different..

• Phone, fax or post orders, whatever is most convenient for you
• Urgent orders received before 4pm are dispatched that day
• "First-thing faxes"
  - there is free UK postage on Fax orders received overnight (6pm - 8am) or at the weekend (5pm Friday - 8am Monday) (doesn’t apply to Carrier charges)
